Women's Integration and Support Circle
“A supported space to practice staying, speaking, and moving forward together.”
You’ve done the deeper work.
You understand more about yourself.
You can see the patterns.
You know what isn’t working.
And yet…
Taking the steps, speaking the truth, or making the change can still feel hard to do alone.
The Integration Circle is a small, 8-week group for women who want to begin living the work they have done.
By practicing something new, in a space where you are supported, seen, and not alone.
We will meet weekly on Zoom for 8 weeks, and there is a Watts App group for ongoing peer support, connection and accountability in between sessions.
Inside the group you can:
- Practice staying present instead of disappearing.
- Speak what feels hard to say.
- Keep taking small, meaningful steps forward.
- Experience connection without losing yourself.
- Keep building trust in your own voice and decisions.
- Bring the conversation you’ve been avoiding.
- Bring the decision you’ve been circling.
- Bring the part of you that wants to make a change and needs support actioning it.
- Bring the part of you that fears change.
This offer is only open to women who have completed my Healing Beyond Boarding School Courses and / or have worked with me individually and have all been to boarding school.
Each Session includes:
- A short grounding
- Paired and group check-ins
- A weekly focus or theme variable depending on the group's need.
- Space for reflection, sharing, and action
A simple commitment for the week ahead.
This is for you if:
- You’ve completed Healing Beyond Boarding School (or similar work with me)
- You’re ready to start making changes, but feel stuck doing it alone
- You want support, connection, and gentle accountability
- You want to be part of a collective female group and experience the empowerment than can come from being a part of it.

- Duration: 8 weeks

From Insight → Action. Together
Benefits of being part of a Women's group.
🌿 1. You realise you’re not the only one
There’s something powerful about hearing other women share similar thoughts, struggles, and patterns. It softens shame and creates a sense of “oh… it’s not just me.”
🌿 2. You get to practice being yourself in relationship
An online group becomes a safe space to:
- speak honestly
- be seen
- stay present
Instead of withdrawing, people-pleasing, or disappearing, you begin to do something different in real time.
🌿 3. You build connection without losing yourself
Many women are used to either over-giving or pulling away.
In a group like this, you can explore:
- connection and boundaries
- closeness and self-trust
🌿 4. You’re supported to take action (not just reflect)
It’s easy to stay in awareness alone.
A group gently supports you to:
- take small steps
- follow through
- keep moving forward
🌿 5. You experience consistency and belonging
Showing up weekly, being recognised, and having a place where you belong creates a steady, grounding experience especially if that’s been missing before.
About Amelia
Amelia is an experienced Therapist and Tutor who has worked for many charities and organisations over the past 12 years including the NHS and Brighton University. She has specialist psychotherapy training with ex-boarders, which she undertook with Nick Duffel. She provides individual therapy, courses and workshops for ex-boarders and Therapists.
As an ex-boarder herself, she is passionate about enabling others to see beyond the “privilege" and recognise some of the impact that having early attachments broken can have on young children. She supports ex-boarders in developing their own awareness of how their schooling may have shaped them. By telling their stories, expressing their feelings and releasing any shame, they start to learn to trust themselves and others so they can step fully into healthy relationships and ways of being.
Outside of work, you’ll find her at the waters edge in her hometown of Brighton, as she is a passionate sea swimmer. However, she prioritises parenting her three teenage daughters and relishes seeing them grow up in a city they call home.
