Policy Statement

I am committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout my courses, workshops and individual therapy.

I am opposed to all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination and will NOT provide less favourable facilities or treatment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, national origin, neurotype, religion or belief, or sex and sexual orientation.

I regularly attend Continual Professional Development trainings in order to continue my own personal growth and development when working with those who may identify as different to myself. 

My intention is to offer therapy which meets the needs of each individual person where possible. Please share your requirements when making contact, or call /email me to determine if specific needs can be met.

Responsibilities include employees conducting themselves to help the business provide equal opportunities in employment, and prevent bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination.
