Beyond the Blueprint

What's included:

Everything included in your programme:

  • 12 in-depth modules with videos and reflective workbooks, released sequentially over six months plus the bonus module, Am I Neurodivergent, or Is This Boarding School Syndrome?
  • 8 months' access to all programme materials, giving you time to reflect, revisit and integrate
  • Monthly live gatherings with Amelia: teaching, guided exercises, group reflection and Q&A on Zoom, offered at two times (12:00pm and 7:00pm UK) to suit different time zones
  • The Anchor Hour: a monthly guided session with Veida: breathing practices, visualisation, gentle movement and meditation to help settle your nervous system
  • A welcome orientation call so you feel properly received before the work begins
  • A facilitated private WhatsApp community, guided by a dedicated Community Manager, with Amelia contributing
  • A partner support video to help the people closest to you understand what you're moving through
  • An annual in-person gathering in Brighton, open to past and present participants
  • The option to join the Starling Alumni Community when your six months end

Live teaching and Q&A are recorded so you can catch up. Group reflection and sharing are never recorded

 

A few things worth knowing before you complete your enrolment:

Your cohort begins in September 2026. 

Once you've enrolled, you'll receive a confirmation email with your start date, details of your welcome orientation call and everything you need to feel prepared: there's nothing you need to do before then except arrive.

The programme is designed to be worked through steadily, not perfectly. A new module is released every two weeks and your 8 months' access allows room for holidays, busy periods and life in general.

This is a therapeutically informed programme, not a substitute for individual therapy or crisis support. If you're currently in acute crisis, please do get in touch by emailing [email protected] before enrolling so we can think together about whether now is the right time.


Our refund policy

Because this programme involves a committed cohort place, live facilitation and immediate access to materials, we don't offer refunds once the programme has begun.

In line with UK consumer regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If the programme materials are made available to you within that period, you'll be asked to consent to immediate access at checkout which waives the cooling-off right from the point you access the content.

We'd rather you join when you're genuinely ready than rush the decision. If you're unsure, take your time and if you have questions before enrolling, contact us by emailing [email protected] and we'll answer honestly, including telling you if we think this isn't the right fit.

Payment plan note: Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full programme fee, paid in instalments: it is not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled partway through.
