Service Description

Are you struggling with a particular issue that you would like the space with me to explore? Sometimes people don't want to sign up for ongoing therapy but feel really stuck with a particular issue and want to have a safe space to talk it through with someone who isn't a friend of family member. Are you wondering if your boarding school experience has impacted you and you feel confused about it, but are reluctant to talk about it for fear that you won't be understood? Prior to our session, I will ask you to fill out a form, naming your intention for our session and we will confirm confidentiality and boundaries. You may find that the one session may lead you to wanting to enter therapy on an ongoing basis with myself or someone else and that can be discussed following our session.
